Malaysia reserves palm oil export duty unchanged The Malaysian government has decided to leave the rate of duty on palm oil exports at 4.5% in September.

Thus, the rate of duty remains unchanged from March. Malaysian palm oil production in July increased by 18% compared to previous month, while exports increased slightly - by only 0.6%.

As a result, stocks of oil in Malaysia increased by 1% for the first time in seven months.
