Odessa Regional State Administration. One of the largest Ukrainian producers and exporters of sunflower oil company Allseeds (Kiev) launched its first new plant - a terminal for handling, storage and transport of sunflower seeds Kominternovsky district of Odessa region.
Construction and commissioning of the complex consists of two phases.
After starting the first phase capacity is 42 thousand tons per month. The introduction of the second phase is scheduled for November 2014. After that, the terminal capacity will increase to 100 tons per month. Upon completion of the construction of the plant will become the first modern oil extraction plants in the Odessa region. To implement the project for the construction of the terminal was attracted $ 16 million investment. At the site already has 40 employees with an average salary of 5.5 million hryvnia.

In 2010, Kernel Holding SA (Luxembourg), which manages one of the largest operators in the oilseeds market holding "Kernel Group" (Kiev), has completed the purchase of 94% of the company Allseeds Group Public (Cyprus), which controls one of the largest Ukrainian producers and exporters of sunflower oil group companies Allseeds Group (Kiev ).
