Indonesia reduces palm oil export tax
tradekeynews. This week, Indonesia announced a reduction of export duties on palm oil. According to the latest release from Indonesia Trade Ministry, government reduced duty on crude palm oil exports up 7.5% from January next year.
In December, export taxes reached a level of 9%. Moreover, the export duty on refined palm oil will be reduced from 3% to 2% this month January 2013.
